Message	at idle the water pump and the cooling fan is still on, so it still serves to cool the turbos. Those with aftermarket turbos without water cooling are out of luck though. The oil pressure valve info can be found in the lubrication section of the manual, including a oil flow schematic, which explains how the oil cooler is setup.
